The learned counsel submits that the District Collector ought to have decide the appeal within 60 days as per the provision. The appeal filed by the petitioners is not even registered though the same is filed on 12.09.2019. In case, the appeal is filed by the petitioners with the office of respondent No.2, then the appeal may be registered immediately. In case, there is no other impediments, the authority shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings expeditiously, after hearing all parties concerned. 2.

The Writ Petition disposed off. No costs.
