This is the Application by the legal representatives of the Deceased - Original Claimant, namely, Tulshiram Nama Sabde. 2.

The Application is on solemn affirmation. The copy of the Death Certificate shows that, the middle name is shown as 'Namadev'. In the Application, it is mentioned that, the father of Deceased, namely, Nama was also popularly known as 'Nama'. There is also a copy of legal heir certificate issued by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chakur showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the Deceased - Tulshiram Nama Sabde. 3.

In this view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C' and the same stands disposed off accordingly. Amendment be carried within a period of four [04] weeks.
