PER COURT :- The petitioner was granted parole on medical ground for 21 days. He was released some what late post passing of the order. It is informed that operation on his wife could not be performed. Now the same is scheduled on 12.12.2023. A medical certificate to that effect has been placed on record. The petitioner, as per the earlier order, was expected to surrender back to jail tomorrow i.e. on 09.12.2023. Although the learned A.P.P. has strong reservation, since the operation on his wife is scheduled to be performed on 12.12.2023, the period of parole, granted earlier to the petitioner, is hereby extended by 20 more days.
