The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed an application with the District Deputy Registrar about disqualification of one member. The District Deputy Registrar, on 15.10.2019 forwarded the proposal to the Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune (Page No.10). The same is not decided. As per the Circular dated 12.04.2019, the Director of Marketing has to take decision upon it within thirty (30) days.

In case, the proposal is forwarded by the District Deputy Registrar to the Director of Marketing regarding disqualification of a particular member (Page No.10), then the Director of Marketing shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days

from today and if he is required to hear the parties may also take steps in that direction.
