The judgment and award, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 67 of 2010 is stayed till final decision of the appeal, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount of compensation

ca3621.18 with interest thereon, inclusive of interim compensation awarded under no fault liability, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of this order.
