Pursuant to the order dated 06.09.2023, a detailed search was carried out for locating the mutation entry by Tahsildar, Dhule. However, relevant record could not be found. This Court directed to carry out a detailed search for the said entry and tender certified copy to the petitioner, if the same is available, within 60 days.

Though search was undertaken, since the record is not found, the respondents have complied with the order. 3.
