This Court had issued directions on 03.08.2015 in Writ Petition No.5293 of 2015 directing the State authorities to take decision on the proposal for grant-in-aid. The recommendation, In that regard, has also been made by the Commissioner, Persons with Disabilities, Maharashtra State, Pune, to the State.

When the directions are already issued, the Respondents are bound to abide by the said directions. If still respondents fail to comply with the aforesaid directions, the petitioners have a remedy to seek action of contempt of Court against the respondents.
