We have perused the notification dated 31st May, 2022, whereby the Bombay Prohibition (Privileges Fees) (Amendment ) Rules, 2022 have caused an amendment to some of the Rules of the Bombay Prohibition (Privileges Fees) Rules, 1954. In this backdrop, we have perused the application dated 29.03.2023 filed by Petitioner No.1. The said application is neither in any format, nor does it have any specific details. It is as vague as it could be.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that a proper application for addition of the partner to the existing partnership firm comprising of two members will be made along with a request for deletion of Petitioner No.1 and transfer of his share to Petitioner No.2, so that the partnership firm having CL3 Licence would continue.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioners file such application strictly in accordance with the Rules, the same would be considered in queue from the date of it' s lodging/filing, expeditiously.
