The learned counsel submits that the request of petitioners for couple convenience has not considered by the Chief Executive Officer.

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Officer has to consider the claim with regard to the transfer. 3.

In light of that, the Chief Executive Officer shall take decision on the application filed by the petitioners preferably within a period of one month from the date of the present order being communicated to him.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
