Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :

ORDER

(I) The application is partly allowed.

(II) The applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.10 lakh out of the money deposited in the Court.

(III) Rs. 2,50,000/- each be deposited in the name of the applicants in fixed deposit until the minor attains the majority and for a period of five years in name of applicant no.1.

(IV) The amount of Rs.2,50,000/- be released to applicant no.1. (V) Balance amount be kept in fixed deposit as per rules. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
