Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, provided the Reference Court does not proceed with the hearing of the reference under Section 30 of the of the Land Acquisition Act, which is scheduled on 15.3.2021, as the proceedings before the Deputy Director of Land Records is posted for final disposal on 16th March, 2021.

To rule out possibility of prejudice and facilitate the just decision by the Reference Court, it may be expedient to request the Reference Court not to proceed with the hearing of the Reference for a

919wp4305.21 week from 15th March, 2021. It is, however, made it clear that the Reference Court would be at liberty to hear and finally decide the reference in accordance with law after 22nd March, 2021. 4.

With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
