The petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground as per the corrigendum dated 01.10.1991. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the father of the petitioner retired on 30.06.1995. On 20th November, 1995, the father of the petitioner filed an application seeking appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground as per Government Resolution dated 01.10.1991. On 03.02.1996, the petitioner filed an application requesting for appointment on compassionate ground. On 02nd April, 1998, the father of the petitioner died.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, the petitioner did not qualify in the said interview.

Be that as it may, the petition is filed in December 2018. On the date of filing of the petition, the age of the petitioner is shown as 52 years.

Even if the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is to be considered, the maximum age limit for appointing a person on compassionate ground is 45 years.
