Heard both the sides.

By order dated 27.08.2018, this Court (Coram : Sunil K. Kotwal, J.) in Civil Application No.9992 of 2018 with all the connected matters, permitted the applicants / claimants therein to withdraw the compensation amount on certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body has also not disputed the same.

In view of the same, the applicants / original claimants herein are permitted to withdraw the compensation to the extent as permitted in the earlier order. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Application is hereby partly allowed.

(ii) Applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50 % amount out of the amount deposited before the court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and further 25 % amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) The Civil Application is disposed off.
