This petition was filed on 14.12.2017 challenging the order dated 08.12.2017 by which, the Executing Court has issued the possession warrant.

It is stated that the impugned order has been implemented during the pendency of this petition. It is clarified that symbolic possession has been taken by the Court Receiver and physical possession is yet to be taken. Subsequently, an order dated 05.01.2018 has been passed by the Executing Court.

In the light of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, upon taking instructions from one of the Petitioners, who is present in the Court, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a comprehensive petition by raising all

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
