The Petitioner is an unemployed Engineer. Based on the 'Unemployed Engineer Registration Certificate', the Petitioner is entitled to the contracts with the Government Instrumentalities for a period of 10 years. By this Petition, he desires that the High Court should recover the unpaid amounts for the works that he has done with the Public Works Department.

In view of the above, we do not desire to entertain this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition, therefore, is disposed off, with liberty to the Petitioner to move a representation to

15461.23wp (2) Respondent Nos.2 to 4. Let these Authorities deal with the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 30 days.
