Learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that he has received a communication to withdraw the writ petition. A communication dated 20th March 2024 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Aurangabad in Regular Darkhast No. 51 of 2023. The wife shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount from the office of the trial Court and the said amount shall be adjusted

Ethape ( 2 ) 903-WP-15500-2023 towards future maintenance.
