The Trial Court has rejected application Exh. 16 preferred by the plaintif for fxation of boundaries.

The petitioner-plaintif and respondents-defendants agreed that the following order can be passed with the consent. "The Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Renapur, who carried out the measurement n 30th June 2019, is directed to fx the boundaries and, neither the plaintif nor the defendants shall dispute such fxation.

The plaintif shall withdraw the suit if the boundaries are fxed."

The order impugned is set aside and substituted by consent order in terms of the observation supra. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
