Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2025. This Court disposed of the petition by observing that the seat which had vacant on the count of disqualification has already filled through by-election. Therefore, writ petition is disposed of as nothing survives in the petition. In fact, the elections were held in the year 2021 and now only one month term of the gram panchayat is remained. 3.
