It is pointed out that though the First Appeal in which present cross-objection is filed, is disposed off, however, the cross-objection and the application for bringing on record legal representatives is not disposed off. Still, the cross-objection is shown to be disposed off. 02.

Considering the order passed by the Lokadalat, it is clear that the cross-objections were not disposed off. Considering that, the crossobjection stands restored to its original position. 03.
