The application is moved seeking amendment challenging communication issued after filing of the writ petition. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. The writ petition is at nascent stage. The non applicants would have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be incorporated by way of amendment. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application, the
