The tribe certificate of the petitioner is confiscated and cancelled on the ground of jurisdiction. It is held by the committee that the petitioner is a permanent resident of village Tanda Budruk, Tq. Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad and has to obtain the tribe certificate from the concerned Sub Divisional Officer.

The petitioner may file an application with the concerned Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of tribe certificate of "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe). The petitioner shall get the attested copy of the tribe certificate already submitted to the committee. After obtaining the attested copy of the tribe certificate, the same be submitted to the

The concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall after verifying the tribe certificate produced by the petitioner issued to him by Tahsildar Jalna shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner of "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe). The same shall be thereafter submitted to the committee for validation. 3.
