Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in appeal No. SR/400/2021/2023 by the Deputy Director Land Record, Aurangabad, whereby, appeal filed by petitioners came to be rejected.

The petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records Aurangabad, to file a revision before the State Government. 4.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

The petitioner may file revision before the State Government within a period of eight weeks. Delay caused in prosecuting the present writ
