Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Nirmal, learned advocate waives notice for respondent Nos. 3 to 6.

Mr. Tope, learned advocate submits that the Institution is not forwarding the proposal of the petitioner on transfer from unaided to aided post.

Mr. Nirmal, learned advocate for the Management submits that the Management would send the proposal of transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post within four (4) weeks.

On receipt of proposal from the Management, the Education Officer shall take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months. 5.
