Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "B.
By issuing appropriate writ, directions or order the respondent No.1 and 2 may kindly be directed to decide appeal dated 20.08.2025 (Exhibit-B) challenging the order of deregistration of the soceity and appeal dated 12.11.2025 (Exhibit-G) disqualifying the petitioner from holding the post of Director of Parbhani D.C.C. Bank expeditiously within stipulated period.

By issuing appropriate writ, directions or orders the order of disqualification dated 19.09.2025 (Exhibit-F) passed under Section 73 CA (1) (I) (F) (III) (IV) (2) and (3) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 passed by respondent No.3 may kindly be stayed during pendency of Appeal dated 12.11.2025 (Exhibit-G) filed before the respondent No.2 and for that purpose issue necessary orders." 2.
Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Upon instructions from the office of respondent No.2, he submits that notices in respect of appeals are not yet issued and those notices are required to be issued and, therefore, appeal dated 20.08.2025 and appeal dated 12.11.2025 would be decided within a period of four months from today. 3.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the term of the petitioner is remaining for four months and, therefore, he requests that [2]
the direction should be given for expeditious disposal of the appeals or the stay application might be then heard.

In view of the statement that the notices are yet to be issued and taking into consideration the period left with the petitioner, we direct respondent No.2, before whom the appeals are pending, to decide those appeals within a period of three months from today and if respondent No.2 feels that it cannot be decided within that period, then he should atleast consider the stay applications and decide them on merits after hearing the parties within a period of two months from today. 5.
