The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that this Court has already passed the order on 29.09.2017 preventing the Non Applicants in this application, from changing the nature of the suit property. The said order has still not been vacated and continues to bind the parties.

By this Civil Application, the Applicants wish to bring to the notice of this Court that Non-Applicant Nos.3 and 4 are disobeying the order and as such, it would amount to contempt of this Court. In my view, once this Court has passed an order protecting

*2* 911ca15450o17 the Applicants and restraining the Respondents from changing the nature of the suit property, this Court cannot pass a further order of the same nature in this Civil Application. In the event, the Applicants are aggrieved by the disobedience committed by the Respondents, they are at liberty to take recourse to the provisions as may be available in law. This Civil Application is disposed of.
