In view of earlier orders passed in the identical matters, the applicants in all these civil applications are permitted to withdraw the amount subject to the outcome of writ petitions on furnishing solvent surety to the extent of amount to be withdrawn so also to file undertaking to the effect that in the event the petitions are allowed, the applicants are required to deposit the amount within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of such order.
