These are the civil applications filed by the original petitioners in these respective contempt petitions seeking withdrawal of the amounts as mentioned in the chart.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the contesting respondent for the Management has expressly consented for 1/2
976.CP.388.2020.odt withdrawal of part of the amount by putting up an endorsement in his own handwriting and under his signature on the copy of the application. Learned advocate representing him has not counter signed this endorsement. One Mr. G.L. Kedar holding for Mr. Karad who represents the respondent No.4 admits that indeed the respondent No.4 has signed and has given consent for petitioners to withdraw the amounts mentioned against their names by him in his handwriting. Copies of these applications are taken on record.
