The petitioner seeks directions to the respondent No. 2 to appoint him and absorb on the grant in vacant post in the respondent No. 3 school and grant approval to the services of the petitioner and regular pay scale and forward the proposal to the Education Officer (Secondary) for approval.

As the proposal is already forwarded by the management the purpose of filing of writ petition stands served. The Education Officer (Secondary) naturally would decide it on its own merits. 3.
