Looking at the subject matter, disputed facts and statements from the Municipal Council, that under the recruitment process not a single person has been appointed neither any interview has been held nor any marks were given, under such circumstances, writ petition would not be efÏcacious remedy. 03.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
