It is submitted that, respondent no. 1 has to decide the claim of the petitioner on account of price variation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has submitted his claim to respondent Nos. 2 to 4, and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has forwarded the said claim to respondent no. 1.

In the light of above, in case respondent no. 1 is empowered to take decision upon the claim of the petitioner, then the respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months.
