These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the State/acquiring body.
Heard the learned respective AGPs for the State/acquiring body and Mr. Bide, learned counsel for respective applicants/claimants. Mr. Bide, learned counsel for respective applicants/claimants strongly opposed to condone the delay.
