Heard the learned respective AGPs for the State/acquiring body and Mr. Bide, learned counsel for respective applicants/claimants. This Court was pleased to grant interim stay with certain conditions. It is revealed during course of argument that the State has complied with the interim stay order by depositing decretal amount.
