Present civil application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition St. No. 2689/2022 by quashing order dated 27.6.2022 passed by the Registrar Judicial of this Court, dismissing the writ petition for default in removing office objections, along with the prayer of condonation of delay of 509 days caused in filing the present civil application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he failed to notice the listing of the matter and the order of the Registrar would not be complied with. The learned counsel submits that when he was contacted by his client, it was realized that the matter is dismissed for default and as such, the present application is moved for restoration of the writ petition along with the prayer of condonation of delay. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 509 days caused in filing the present civil application is condoned. The order dated 27.6.2022 passed by the Registrar Judicial of this Court is set aside to the extent of the present petitioner. The writ petition is restored.

The petitioner is granted four weeks time to remove the office objections, failing which the order dated 27.6.2022 will stand restored. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) ssc/
