ORDER

1) The appellant - claimant is present before the Panel.

2) The appellant - claimant has filed the appeal seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation. 3) It is now agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in addition to the amount awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Aurangabad, by way of full and final settlement to the appellant. The

-2terms are reduced in writing and they are signed by the parties and also by their respective Counsel. The same are taken on record.

4) In view of above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The dispute between the parties is finally settled in the following terms:- a) The Insurance Company shall pay lumpsum amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the appellant - claimant within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order of the Lok Adalat, by way of full and final settlement of the claim.

b) Award be prepared accordingly.

c) The Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangbaad.

The Tribunal shall permit the claimant to withdraw the said amount.

-3d) The appellant is entitled for refund of Court fees in accordance with law.

e) First Appeal (Stamp) No.39753 of 2018, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

f) Pending Civil Application stands disposed of.
