Heard the learned AGP for the State/acquiring body and Mr.Bide, learned counsel for applicant/claimant. Mr. Bide, learned counsel for applicant/claimant strongly opposed to condone the delay. Whereas, the learned AGP urged to condone the delay having regard to the nature of dispute and the grounds raised in the appeal memo.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, paragraphs 3 to 5, it is necessary to condone the delay in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order is passed:
