The petitioner seeks grant in aid for non teaching staff. It is submitted that, the Education Officer (Primary) has already forwarded the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education in June 2017, however, the Deputy Director of Education has not taken any further steps.

In case, the proposal dated 01.06.2017 (Page 35) is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall forward it with his noting to the authority concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight

2 wp 15277.17 weeks from today and thereafter the process shall be completed and decision shall be taken by the appropriate authority within nine (09) months thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
