The petitioner is before this Court with a limited grievance that the proposal of the petitioner is submitted for grant of approval for the appointment of petitioner as a Peon in the school namely, Aksharnandan Primary Vidyalaya, Latur being run by the Institute, namely, Bharatiya Dnyanvardhini Lok Vikas Sanstha, the respondent Nos. 5 and 4 respectively. By referring to this grievance, notice was issued by this Court on 4th January, 2018. On perusal of the documents placed on record Exhibit 'D' page 23, it reveals that reminder is forwarded to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, requesting the Education

{2} 913-WP-15262-17 Officer (Primary) to take decision on the proposal dated 13.03.2015 bearing outward No.2903. The petitioner's mother Smt. Mahananda Shrimantrao Bansode was working as a Peon in the said school and after her demise on 08.12.2014, the petitioner was appointed as a Peon on compassionate ground w.e.f. 15.06.2015. As there being limited grievance, we direct the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, respondent No. 3 to decide the proposal submitted on 13.03.2015 bearing outward No.2903 as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of order.

Needless to state that the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the proposal on its own merits. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with above referred directions.
