Mr.Reddy, learned counsel on instructions of Respondent No.2 states that the Respondent No.2 would pay admissible retiral benefits and arrears of pension. It is only because of paucity of funds, the same can not

2 W.P.No.15025/17 paid. The Respondent No.2 shall pay part of the arrears of pension and other retiral benefits as admissible within three (3) months and the entire remaining arrears of pension and retiral benefits within six (6) months.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
