The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon, is pending since 2012. Reminders were also sent but the same are not decided.

In case the proposal seeking appointment to the approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Peon is fled and pending with the Education Ofcer, then the Education Ofcer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months.
