Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted before this Court that though belatedly, the order of this Court dated 29th April, 2019, passed in Writ Petition No. 8776 of 2014, is duly complied with and as such, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition.
