The voters list is assailed in the present writ petition. The petitioner seeks directions to supply the voters list and to accept nomination form for the election of the respondent No. 4. 2.

Mr. Jain, learned advocate submits that, large scale illegalities have been committed. The rules have not been followed. Arbitrary actions are taken by the respondent. 3.

On perusal of the election programme it is manifest that the final list of contesting candidates is published on 15.12.2017. All stages in the process of election are concluded except voting which is scheduled on 25th December, 2017. At this stage the challenge to the voters list cannot be accepted and the grievance about the nomination form not being given, at this stage in the

2 wp 14932.17 writ jurisdiction cannot be accepted. The petitioner may take recourse to the remedy that may be permissible in law. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
