The subject matter of present appeal is a matrimonial dispute between the appellant and the respondent. The parties have resolved the dispute amicably and have placed joint compromise pursis dated 02.12.2024 on record. The parties were personally present before the Court on 02.12.2024 and had confirmed fact of settlement and terms of compromise on 02.12.2024 before this Court. The appellant Kiran Bibhishan Sawant had agreed to transfer agricultural land bearing Gat No. 107 admeasuring 1.01 HR at Village Ratnapur, Tahsil Paranda, District Osmanabad in favour of minor son Vihan Kiran Sawant. 2.

Both the learned advocates informed that the said land is transferred by the appellant in favour of his minor son Vihan Kiran Sawant.

In that view of the matter the appeal is disposed of as per terms and conditions mentioned in the joint compromise pursis dated 02.12.2024. Office is directed to prepare decree as per the compromise terms.
