In our opinion the Public Interest Litigation is premature. For redressal of the

pil14.18 grievance raised in this Petition, the Petitioner can approach to Respondent No.4 - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule. In case the Petitioner approaches to Respondent No.4, Respondent No.4 to consider the grievances raised in this Petition. It will be open for Respondent No.4 to consider this Petition itself as representation of the Petitioner.

With the above observations, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
