The petitioners were granted 7 days parole by the concerned authorities. Their application for extension was turned down. They had therefore before us. Parole was granted on account of death of their father. Some post funeral rituals are remained to be performed. The petitioners are the only sons of the deceased. They supposed to surrender back to jail tomorrow.

Considering the aforesaid fact situation, the petitioners are granted parole for further seven days effecting from tomorrow. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
