DATE : 27.01.2020 P.C. :- All the three applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in bringing LRs of deceased Tajindersingh on record. He was one of the appellant. The respondents are his close relatives like brothers etc. In the first matter the delay of 169 days is caused, in the second matter the delay of 171 days is caused and in the third matter the delay of 124 days is caused. 2.

In view of the contentions made in these applications and the submissions made by both the sides, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Further the mother of the deceased Tajinder is already on record as L.R. in all the three matters. So all the applications are allowed, the delay is condoned. LRs of Tajindersingh are to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out immediately. Learned counsel Mr. Khandare has filed appearance for LRs of deceased respondent no.2-Raja Premgopal Saincher

( 3 ) who is a respondent no.2 in Appeal No. 19 of 2012 and is also respondent in other proceedings. He is also heard.
