PER COURT :- The grievance of the petitioners is that they are not given choice posting as per the Government Resolution. The petitioners are working in PESA/Tribal area.

The posting is to be given in accordance with the vacancies available. Unless the vacancies are available at the place of choice of petitioners, the posting cannot be given. The petitioners have already approached the Chief Executive Officer for the said purpose.

The petitioners may prosecute their

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
