By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to decide the proposal submitted by Respondent No.3-Management to Respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Pune seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post which is pending since 23.07.2025.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances, we direct Respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Pune to decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools' (Condition of Service) Rules, 1981, within two (2) months from today without referring to the Government Resolutions dated 29.04.2024 and 03.10.2024.
