By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending since 11.12.2024 before the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee, be expeditiously decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P submits that, vigilance cell enquiry has already been conducted and even the petitioner has filed reply to the vigilance cell enquiry report.

Considering the same, we direct the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
