(b) Writ Petition No.14410/2018 :- The learned Advocate for the Petitioners frankly states that

However, this petition cannot proceed without adding the persons as respondents, who are likely to be affected by the result in this petition.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks leave to add the Vichar Vikas Mandal, Ahmednagar through it's newly elected President and the Secretary, as Respondents. Leave to add is granted. Addition be carried out within one week from today.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 01.03.2019. The learned AGP waives service for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. (c) Civil Application No.
