PER COURT :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an application on 20.9.2019 to the Chief Executive Officer for transfer on the ground of couple convenience. Still it is not attended to. Herd Mr. Chate learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 and learned AGP appearing for respondents No.1 and 2. As per the Govt. resolution dated 28.5.2019, it is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is to look after the grievances in respect of transfers. In case the petitioner has filed an application with the CEO (Page 54) and if the same is pending, the CEO shall consider the application of the petitioner on its own merit, at the time of general transfers. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to order dated 22.11.2019 (page 57) then the petitioner may raise grievance before the Divisional Commissioner.
